All Rootpile STS Playa Passes will be held at Will Call only. This is the most secure option, and it eliminates the possibility of items being lost in the mail or not arriving on time. Will Call items are easily transferred.
By receiving Stewards Sale (STS) tickets and VPs through Rootpile’s allocation, you agree that these items are for Rootpile campers serving as Team Leads or Competent Core Crew (CCC) only. Our camp is allocated STS tickets by the ORG with a strong expectation that these tickets are used for our camp, and they are cancellable if they are transferred or given to other people that are not a part of Rootpile. If you will no longer be participating at Rootpile as a Team Lead or CCC, you agree to sell the STS tickets and VPs back to Rootpile. We require all STS tickets to use the Willcall option, due to risks of loss in mail, late delivery, or logistics of physical ticket transfer. By receiving Rootpile STS tickets and VPs, you agree to these terms.
